We build something that's probably like the best travel- and tourism e-commerce solution on the market. We call it the Citybreak Enterprise. It's a SaaS-platform used by tourism organisations, accommodations and tours and activity vendors like ski operators worldwide for reservations, property management, packaging, finance, BI and loads of integrations to platforms like booking.com, hotels.com and Expedia.com. In short - we are an IT product company in one of the world's most fun businesses!

You will work in a strong team with a mix of Customer Success Managers, KAM, Implementation and Project Managers. On a daily basis you will talk to and meet our clients - representing a brand and a technical platform that we know you will be proud of once you learn its potential! We want you to learn our business and grow together with the organisation, if you do so, only the sky is the limit!


 

So who are you?  

  • You know the difference between CSS and Backend, and you don't need to google "API". 
  • You might have had previous titles involving words like” Sales”, “Customer” or “Tech”. 
  • You are comfortable working in CRM systems and have a genuine interest for all this tech stuff ;)  
  • Experience with SaaS and basic finance knowledge is a great merit.  
  • Experience from the tourism industry and/or a role where the client is in focus is a big +. If not, apply anyway! We put a great value in personality and passion, and we are curious to see what you can add to our team
