At Visit Group we build something that's probably like the best
e-commerce platform, focusing on sales, distribution and digital marketing, for independent hotels, resorts, camping sites, B&Bs, hostels and hotel chains. We call it BookVisit.
In short - we are an IT product company in one of the world's most fun businesses!
And we are now looking for the next person to join our customer success team, we know – finally!!
Do you want to be a member of a tight team that works hard AND has fun together?! (yes it’s true, you can do both) If so keep on reading.

As a member of the team you will take our customers by the hand and walk them through onboarding and implementation - i.e. educate them how to use our tools to increase sales. And then you stroll together with them, ready to assist whenever a problem occurs. You will meet and talk to all kinds of people, and we can promise some laughs along the way!
So who is our new team member?
- Maybe you have worked in the tourism industry, hotel or restaurant and are ready for your next step? Finally get to work 8-5 weekdays :D
- You have no problem with picking up the phone and supporting our clients in the best possible way.
- You have some sort of tech aura, you may have had a previous job in an IT company or you are a fast learner with a big interest in tech and web.
- You speak Swedish and English fluently, Finnish is a great merit :D

That’s the formal list of requirements, but since we try to maintain our start-up feeling, we're a tight team and personality is key. We believe you're a straight forward doer that can manage a little chaos and continuously take small steps towards a more structured way of working. As long as you like solving clients problems and have fun at the office, we think we should have a chat and see if we're a match!
