We are looking for students who are interested in databases and search technology and have experience with SQL and Elasticsearch. You should also have a good understanding of performance optimization and automated processes.

The project will be carried out over a period of at least 20 weeks. We offer a challenging and rewarding work environment where you will work with experienced developers and get the opportunity to gain insight into the business.

The project includes:
• Exploring our current data storage in SQL and investigating the possibilities of implementing Elasticsearch to handle our data.
• Developing an interface for retrieving reports from the data using various filters and sorting options.
• Evaluating the performance of different solutions and optimizing them to ensure a fast and efficient retrieval of reports.
• Developing automated processes for retrieving data from SQL and storing it in Elasticsearch.

There is an existing infrastructure that can be used as an example for other subsystems within the company. Possibility to display graphs in a nice way if frontend interest exists.
