Technical Support Agent

We’re now looking for a Technical Support Agent to join our team. If you’ve worked with our systems such as iTicketor Citybreak, that’s a great advantage, but not a must.
About the Role
As a Technical Support Agent, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them troubleshooting and solving issues, navigate, and succeed with our software solutions. Your goal is to ensure they feel confident using our platforms while you take care of the technical side.
You’ll be part of the Experience & Operators team and work closely with colleagues across sales, account management, and development. Our customers are located all over the world, so expect variety, energy, and international collaboration in your daily work.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify, investigate and resolve technical issues. Escalate complex matters when needed, but take ownership of getting things solved quickly and effectively.
- Customer Support: Deliver excellent service by answering questions, providing clear guidance, and helping users succeed with our platforms.
- Product Expertise: Stay up to date on our tools, systems, and features so you can confidently support and guide users.
- Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer - gathering insights and passing them on to our product and development teams.
- Knowledge Sharing: Help build useful documentation like guides, FAQs and knowledge base articles.

- Loves Solving Problems: You enjoy digging into challenges and finding smart, effective solutions.
- Is Technically Confident: You’re not a developer, but you're comfortable navigating digital tools and systems.
- Takes Ownership: You’re structured, proactive, and make sure things get done.
- Communicates Clearly: You’re fluent in Swedish and English and able to explain both simple and technical topics in a customer-friendly way.
- Is Curious & Helpful: You love learning and enjoy helping others succeed.
Has Industry Insight: Experience from tourism or the experience economy is a plus, especially if you understand the importance of great service.
