About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Analyst to join our growing team, where you will play a key role in maximizing revenue for accommodation clients through data-driven pricing strategies. Sitting within our Revenue Management function, you will collaborate closely with Revenue Managers to optimize pricing and inventory decisions across a portfolio of clients. Your analytical work will directly impact client profitability and performance outcomes.
What You Will Do
Analyze historical data, market trends, and distribution demand to support pricing strategies and revenue forecasting
Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for assigned accommodation clients
Monitor market trends and adjust pricing and inventory strategies to capture revenue growth opportunities
Collaborate with Revenue Managers to optimize pricing, inventory decisions, and OTA setup and configuration
Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to senior management and clients
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure efficient inventory management
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning
Who You Are
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Proficient in advanced spreadsheet tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident in making data-driven decisions and presenting findings clearly to external clients and stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting, and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing mindset
English proficiency, minimum B1 level, is required for this role.
