This role offers an exciting opportunity to design and enhance a world-class platform for tours and activities, leveraging the latest .NET and Azure technologies.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll work closely with a skilled team to enhance our end-to-end solutions and stabilize our POS technology as we transition to a more integrated app ecosystem. You’ll be pivotal in developing robust components on the Android side, optimizing them for reusability across various applications, entry systems, and new self-service solutions. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in bridging our core system and POS functionalities, working alongside .NET developers from other teams to maintain seamless integration and stability.

As a Tech Lead, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust backend services using .NET Core and related technologies.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate POS systems and optimize end-to-end platform capabilities.
• Guide the team in adopting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
• Mentor and support developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration between backend systems, APIs, and external services.

Your Profile

• Proven Tech Leadership: At least 7+ years of experience in backend development with a demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive technical strategy, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and relational databases (SQL Server).
  • Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Azure DevOps, and cloud architecture.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, modern SPA frameworks, and automated testing tools.
• Problem Solver: Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions and tackle complex challenges.
• Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
