About the Role
As an Onboarding Consultant, you will play a key role in helping new hotel and lodging customers get started successfully with VISIT’s platforms. Acting as the bridge between the sales process and long-term customer success, you will guide customers through onboarding, implementation, training, and go-live.
This role combines customer relationship management, project coordination, and technical understanding, with a strong focus on creating a smooth and confident start for every customer.
The role sits within our hotel and lodging customer segment, with a primary focus on VisBook, our all-in-one property management system that helps hotels and lodging businesses run their operations with simplicity, flexibility, and control. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Development in an international customer environment.
What You Will Do
Guide new customers through the onboarding journey, from kick-off to go-live, ensuring a structured and successful implementation experience.
Configure and tailor the software solution to meet customer requirements, including support with system setup, data migration, and integrations.
Lead product training sessions, virtually or on-site, and ensure customers understand product value, best practices, and how to work effectively with VISIT’s solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, managing expectations, building trust, and helping customers feel confident and ready to operate independently.
Help ensure long-term customer success and high customer satisfaction by creating a strong and confident onboarding experience.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams, escalating issues when needed and driving solutions to ensure seamless delivery.
Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, following clear timelines, milestones, and structured processes to keep implementations on track.
Proactively monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve onboarding processes, tools, and ways of working.
Document workflows, training materials, and best practices, while gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with Product and Support teams.
Who You Are
At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS or hospitality/booking technology environment, system configuration and integrations is highly valued.
2–4 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, training, or similar customer-facing roles.
Comfortable working with property management, booking, or other hospitality systems. Experience with our core platforms, VisBook and/or BookVisit, will be highly valued.
Strong organizational and project management skills and experience working with timelines, milestone tracking, and structured processes.
Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or project management tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Asana, or similar systems is an advantage.
The ability to analyze and interpret customer data to guide usage, identify risks, and support successful onboarding outcomes.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes in a clear, structured, and user-friendly way.
A customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering great customer experience.
Fluency in Swedish and professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken, are required for this role. Additional Nordic language skills, such as Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish, are considered a plus.

Location & Ways of Working
Hybrid working model, with regular on-site presence in the Gothenburg or Stockholm office.
Primary office location: Gothenburg or Stockholm.
Some travel is required as part of customer onboarding and training.
