About the Role
As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in our Platform team, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and resilience of the systems powering the tourism industry. You will apply software engineering principles to solve complex operational challenges and drive automation and proactive improvements across our platform.
What You Will Do
• Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and error budgets to improve system reliability and performance
• Design and maintain observability solutions across metrics, logs, and traces to provide actionable insights
• Contribute to the incident response processes and facilitate blameless post-mortems to drive continuous improvement
• Automate operational tasks such as deployments, rollbacks, and recovery to reduce manual effort and toil
• Collaborate with Platform Engineers to embed reliability and observability
• Review system architectures, identify failure modes, and contribute to a reliability-first technical strategy
Who You Are
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related software/systems engineering role
• Strong software engineering background with the ability to solve operational challenges through code
• Deep understanding of reliability principles, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and toil reduction
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
• Proven experience designing and implementing observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Honeycomb, Application Insights)
• Experience in incident management and a commitment to a blameless, learning-focused culture, with a proactive and data-driven mindset
• English proficiency, minimum B1 level, is required for this role
