About the Role

As a Product Manager at VISIT, you will own the strategy, development, and success of one of our SaaS products within the broader product ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact solutions that drive customer value and business growth. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and customer experience, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and Group product direction

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring efficient delivery aligned with business goals and customer needs

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to translate strategy into clear, actionable deliverables

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align product direction

• Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and product metrics to inform decisions and improve product performance

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure solutions are customer-centric, technically feasible, and commercially viable

• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, prioritization, documentation, and insight generation while maintaining strong judgment and quality standards

• Identify opportunities to improve product workflows and customer-facing features through AI-enabled capabilities

Who You Are

• Proven product management experience in a SaaS, software, or digital product environment

• Demonstrated experience owning product roadmap, backlog prioritization, and delivery with cross-functional teams

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and commercial functions

• Solid analytical skills with experience using product, customer, and business data to drive decisions

• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in agile development environments

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, or product development, combined with sound judgment on responsible AI use

• English proficiency, minimum B1 level, is required for this role.
