About the Role
As a Solution Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, supporting them in navigating, troubleshooting, and optimising our software solutions, with particular focus on finance, accounting, and reporting workflows.
You will take ownership of technical and functional inquiries, ensuring customers feel confident and successful using our platforms.
The role sits within the Experience & Operators team and involves close collaboration with Sales, Account Management, and Development in an international customer environment.
This is a fixed-term position for approximately one year, covering a maternity leave, with the possibility of extension.
What You Will Do
Identify, investigate, and resolve customer support issues, particularly those related to financial processes.
Deliver excellent customer support by answering questions, guiding users, and helping them get the most out of our platforms.
Support workflows related to accounting, payments, reconciliation, invoicing, and financial reporting, using your economic knowledge to ensure customers work efficiently and correctly.
Translate customer needs into clear, actionable steps and guide customers toward best practices.
Stay up to date on our tools, features, and system updates to confidently support users.
Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights and sharing feedback with product and development teams.
Contribute to documentation, including guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles, to strengthen internal and external knowledge sharing.
Who You Are
Have a solid understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and economic terminology.
Understand how customers expect systems to work and can translate their needs into clear, practical guidance.
Have a genuine interest in systems and digital tools, not necessarily as a developer, but as someone who enjoys understanding how things work.
Enjoy customer interaction, support, and problem-solving in a structured and solution-oriented way.
Experience with our platforms such as iTicket, Citybreak or Citybreak Financials is a plus, but not required.
You work proactively, take ownership of your tasks, and collaborate effectively across teams.
You are curious, helpful, and motivated by enabling others to succeed.
Clear and professional communication skills in both Swedish and English. English proficiency, minimum B1 level, is required for this role.
